Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at Pouso was both convenient and enlightening, particularly as a wildlife conservationist always on the lookout for value in travel. This hotel is located just a stone's throw away from the airport, which made my late-night arrival a breeze, especially with their free shuttle service. Upon entering my air-conditioned room, I noticed some wear and tear on the walls, but it didn't detract significantly from my overall comfort. The breakfast was decent, fulfilling enough to start my day without fuss. I appreciated the friendly staff who assisted with everything from intercity bus tickets to organizing Uber rides to my next destination. For those of you seeking a balance between luxury and cost, the Pouso's offerings-like the shared kitchen for culinary experiments-hit the mark. With free transportation included, it's hard to beat the value for travelers on the move. In short, while it's not the fanciest spot, the practical amenities make it a smart choice before venturing into the breathtaking wilds of East Africa.
